My life journey has been an exploration into Self. Beginning a career in corporate America as an electrical engineer, I was never-the-less drawn to metaphysics and meditative journeying to find healing and a deeper meaning and purpose. Spirituality for me, is a very personal practice and belief system, rooted in inner guidance. Stepping outside of my family roots in Roman Catholicism, I became a student of history and philosophy, science and herbalism, reaching beyond the established rules to find answers in nature and ancient wisdom that opened my heart to universal truths. In this journey, I became closely connected to my inner intuitive voice, which directed me to immigrate to France. I felt called to come here, and open my heart to a new life, place and community. The experience has been more enriching that I can say.
In my search for universal truths, I began to truly honor my personal truths, my soul guidance which has uniquely gifted me to share in this lifetime. My discoveries led me to heal my mind and my heart. In this process, I learned that my personal soul mission was to communicate a different way in which to see the self, and so consequently, view others. In changing my perspective of the world, I changed my world.
In my memoir, I delve into my personal journey to heal past wounds. I describe the process of reconstructing mental patterns that were deeply rooted in childhood, thereby relieving past trauma and its emotional effects. I combined this work with Reiki, meditation, and self-hypnosis (like this one) among other tools, to ease the transition to new mental and emotional patterns for manifesting a life I wanted.
Every week, I share a new post with new insights, casting thoughts into the universe that may align with the needs of others. I hope you find something useful in these ramblings or recommendations, ideas I wish I had had 10 years ago.
I live in the French Alps in the beautiful Isère region, together with my family.
